I have a little over 29 months sober today, and it's all because of what I gained from being at the Ranch. I was homeless on the streets for a year before I racked up a prison sentence and a court order to The Recovery Ranch for six months. Today, I go to school in Santa Barbara pursuing my engineering degree with the greatest life because of what I went through and learned here. I've tried other programs and nothing pushed me in the right direction like the people here, and I'll always appreciate what I learned and what I continue to learn as I keep this close to me. I love the Ranch so much for giving me the life that I have today because I know who I was before and this place didn't let me fake my through like most programs do. Being connected to this support group gives me the confidence to stay sober for the rest of my life, which is a huge deal to me because it used to seem impossible to believe that. The Ranch made me the man that I am today, and it continues to do that for anyone who takes it seriously.
